I have the same issue in Chrome 3 and 4 (older versions didn't show this problem) on Windows 7. Once I start browsing with Chrome my network connection stalls after visiting several sites or so. At this point no other browsers work either. After passing several minutes browsing resumes, but dies quickly enough. If I don't use Chrome at all, Firefox/IE/Opera/Safari can browse without ever stalling the network connection.
