The English version says: This webpage is not available. ... Here are some suggestions: Reload this web page later. The Japanese version says: このウェブサイトはご利用いただけません。 ... ヒント: (Hint:) このウェブページを後で再読み込みします。(This web page will be re-read later.) The current phrasing would make the user believe that the browser will be reloading the web page at a later time.
