Uh…see step "2." from the repro instructions? :-) I guess it's not completely clear; for me "scroll using the trackpad" means two-finger scrolling: Swipe two fingers over the trackpad from top to bottom. Maybe using the trackpad sends tons of "scroll" messages with subpixel resolution, and we need to rate-limit these somehow?
