What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy some content with links on http://en.wikipedia.org
2. Paste into a contentEditable, i.e. gmail
What is the expected result?
Base url should be preserved, clicking on the link should take user to the
correct page.
What happens instead?
Observe that the base url for the link is not preserved.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
