IE 7 and 8 were the same behavior.
- IE7 (7.0.5730.13) + CF 4.0.255.0 (Official Build 32762) on XP SP3
- IE8 (8.0.6001.18702) + CF 4.0.255.0 (Official Build 32762) on XP SP3
