Comment #1 on issue 16335 by igor.afanasyev: Stacked windows don't fit
onscreen
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16335

I want to add that I would expect browser to obey the last saved window
state: if the
browser window is maximized (this is how it is being opened the first
time), the other
copies of browser windows should be opened maximized as well.

I always run browser maximized, but opening multiple browser windows forces
me back
into non-maximized mode, which I found a bit irritating.

I would also prefer if new windows were always positioned into the same
place, without
cascading them (neither horizontally, like in IE, nor diagonally, as
currently in
Chrome) -- at least as an option.

Hope this will save some "window maintenance burden" for people who prefer
setting the
browser window position/mode once and having this setting from now on for
all windows.
