This bug is is confusing users of our internal quotation system as the behavior is different from Firefox/IE. After preparing a quote staff press a "Calculate" button which opens a new tab with the processed results. Often they go back and redo the same calculation for a different customer. However, pressing "Calculate" on the same page does not open a new tab because of this "submit only once" bug.
