Hello,
My xorg.conf (attached) is almost blank. It only contains the maximum
virtual screen
size. What would really be useful for people to reproduce this is the
xrandr command
I use to configure my displays:

Other GTK applications (e.g. gedit maximized) do not exhibit this behavior.
