Comment #21 on issue 27324 by [email protected]: HTTP Requests do not
finish loading properly (blank page), need to refresh page
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=27324

Frankly, it is driving me crazy! Chrome is so fast much of the time and
then suddenly
it gets "stuck" on a backward throbber and a blank page and nothing will
reactivate
it, even resending the request. The status bar often shows a waiting for
google
analytics or double click etc.
The other kind of the same problem is where chromium gets stuck on a
forward throbber
with the page name on the tab and a blank screen; in this case a refresh
usually
causes the page to appear at one.
I have tried numerous versions of the chromium code and while they may be
OK for a
while, over time there is not much difference. A friend who is also a
Chrome fan has
started quite independently to report the same issue and he is using the
stable
Chrome version.
Happy to try a link up and at least repro the problem for you though we
would have to
choose a time when we are both awake and available since I am ?9 hours
ahead of you
here in UK. Perhaps early morning for you, afternoon for me.
Another thought - Will found that the Reston office was experiencing the
same issue
and named some people there who were reporting it- not shown above but
probably the
original issue # 16367 from which this one was forked will show those
names. eroman
thought there was some special network conditions there which may have
contributed
and could be used by other networks around the world, too.
Let me know if you want to try a link to my machine.
