Agree with comment 3 that choice 3 is perhaps not the best. I vote for
something like
#2 -- overlay red or yellow diagonal stripes atop the entire window frame
and either
give the frame a tooltip or just write some text into it at the
top, "RUNNING WITH --
NO-SANDBOX MAKES YOU INSECURE"
