Confirmed on Win7 with the following versions of Google Chrome. 3.0.195.33 (Official Build 31639) - latest Stable 4.0.266.0 (Official Build 33992) - latest Dev If a popup is opened from App-mode window, its icon in Taskbar will be updated to favicon of that website properly.
