@michiexile: It looks like you got newlines into your PAC File URL :) I was able to reproduce this by Copy-Pasting a multi-line chunk of text into the PAC File URL field of the control panel. For what it's worth, this bad input does not work in either safari or chrome, so the right thing to do is just re-enter the URL.
