Comment #4 on issue 30221 by nlhepler: On Linux, favicons in tabbar are
rendered 1px too far down, are truncated.

The truncation starts happening between DPIs of 112 (normal) and 113
(truncated), and
becomes more severe as the DPI increases further. See screenshot for an
example at 160
DPI.
