What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running Chrome on Vista, worked for over a year. Suddenly stops loading
anyhthing. IE and Firefox both work. I was running Chrome 3.0.195.4, and
was getting this error: Error 0 (net::OK): Unknown error. Uninstalled,
loaded beta version 4.0.249.43, still nothing loads. Error this time: Error
118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out. Pretty much
at wit's end - loved Chrome prior to this, but this problem has obviously
forced me onto Firefox.
