Try this (on Windows):

1.  Create a new shortcut to Chrome.  You can copy your existing shortcut.
2.  Right-click the new shortcut, and select "Properties"
3.  In the "target" field, add the '--user-agent' parameter, so it looks  
like:
"[...]chrome.exe" --user-agent="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1;  
en-US;
rv:1.9.1.13) Gecko/20090824 Firefox/3.5.3 GTBDFff GTB6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)"
4.  Click ok.
5.  Close all instances of Chrome you have open.
6.  Launch Chrome with the new shortcut.  Try to reproduce the bug again.
