Comment #31 on issue 15984 by scottro11: /usr/local/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.9' not found http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=15984
In fairness, they don't support Windows 2000 either. As they seem to do most of their development on Ubuntu (or possibly Debian) I suspect that the Ubuntus will always work. As mentioned in my posts above, there is someone who has managed to get it working, though, as far as I know, it's only for 32 bit (though it works on 64 bit--I'm using it right now.) Without being a programmer, I have no idea how much work is involved in supporting CentOS, and agree with you--of course, you're preachin' to the choir in this thread. :) -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
