I could'nt install many Chrome Exetnsions untill today.
But now I can install all them (maybe).

キャッシュデータを利用していた、それが引き起こしているのではないか？
新たにインストールしたデータと入れ替えると、事象発生せずインストールできた。
多分そんな意味だろうと解釈し、オプション＞個人設定＞閲覧履歴データ＞閲覧履歴
データの削除
を実行。
再度XMarksをインストールするとエラー発生しませんでした。
ただしく訳せているかは微妙ですが、とにかくできたのでご報告。
