causes page frozen in wave application

Windows 7, Chrome frame 4.0.266.0 internet explorer 8.0.7600.16385.
Picture appears to start uploading, then that page freezes. I can close the
browser,
later, but the upload never completes. I tried three different pictures,
uninstalled
and reinstalled the chrome frame....
It lets me start a "reply".... then i click on "attach" and choose a small
picture:
I get the "unsynced waves" icon, appears to be uploading, progress bar
moves a
little bit then everything freezes on that page.
Tried multiple times: This last time, after clearing all cache and cookies,
it tried
to upload, freezes on the "unsynced waves" icon, then I got a popup from
google
chrome saying that this page was not responding, I told it to 'wait' and it
was
still frozen.
Firefox and Chrome are working fine.
