Mark: The test program I sent b0n3Z shows pretty clearly that seatbelt is
broken on his
machine regardless of Chrome. I haven't closed the bug to date since I
wanted to think
this over and see if I there was anything else I might be missing.
I think this is isolated to bon3Zs' machine, so marking as wontfix. If we
see additional
instances of this we might want to file a radar.
