Compared to the way I encode, x264, faac, mp4box, the only difference is neroaacenc.
Attempted to repro, but output from this command line plays okay. neroaacenc -he -if dlm.wav -of 30a.mp4 neroaacenc -hev2 -if dlm.wav -of 30b.mp4 neroaacenc -q 0.1 -hev2 -if dlm.wav -of 30c.mp4 albiet low quality for the last one.
