I think you're right, SkyLined.
The weird crash I note above seems to be something specific to my debug
build and --
single-process.
I've dug out some reports in the wild and they all seem to be clean null
pointers.
e.g. just now on my latest Beta build (4.0.249.64) on Windows:

@Rahul - is there an upstream WebKit bug for this? This seems to be a crash
plaguing
users, regardless of the minimal security impact.
