We have this feature already. Select the required bookmarks in the
Bookmarks manager
(using Shift key)then right click and say
-Open all bookmarks -> open all bookmarks in different tabs in the same
window.
-Open all bookmarks in new window
-Open all bookmarks in Incognito window.
