New issue 32256 by owencmoore: Chrome for Linux maximises when upper panel is hidden

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Maximize Chrome on Ubuntu 9.10
2. Enable "hide panel" and AutoHide on upper panel
3. Bring up the panel with a hover then click the arrow to hide the panel

What is the expected result?
Panel slides out to the left and window remains unchanged

What happens instead?
Panel slides out to the left and Chrome goes full screen.
