Of course storing to memory can be done, but the devs' concern is privacy, e.g. someone reopening your porn tab. Similarly, the History and Downloads pages remain blank in Incognito mode (though I still think the latter should show in-progress downloads, since they currently become untrackable/unstoppable once pushed off the
