No, because (a) it's too complicated for us to be introducing heuristics to do this kind of thing and (b) you have no idea what kind of framing may be going on -- e.g. you wouldn't want to frame all amazon.com searches with an images.google.com frame because the user happened to have gotten there via Google Image Search at the time you detected
the URL.
