I expect most people have figured this out by now, but just in case:
About five days ago, I moved some stuff from src/third_party to
deps/third_party.
If you get warnings/complaints about any of
src/third_party/{cygwin,python_24,svn}
please rm -r those directories and run gclient sync again.
(I'm sorry I didn't mail earlier -- I sent mail to the wrong place.)
