If people need things moved to base, you can file a bug against me.
During this refactor, it would be nice to also have the opposite, a
clean dependencies on what uses views. For Linux we would like to
build without views. Right now there are dependencies from outside of
views/ to views/. There is a bug filed to try to untangle it, but I
suppose it makes sense to wait until you pull views/ out completely.
