It took me a while to track this down, so I thought I'd mention it
here.
The first symptom was the error:
Can't locate strict.pm in @INC
while trying to run dftables.
I don't know whether setup_mount.bat is supposed to run automatically,
but I followed the checkout & build instructions, and it didn't run
for me. I had to discover it myself and run it.
