I would like to add that I am having the same problem when I try to
build Chromium from the tarball. I have searched through my documents,
the un-extracted tarball, and even the online source code and could
not find the file. On the same note, if you just want to run Chromium
OS (like I do), the precompiled binary on the server is only 263 bytes
and does NOT work.
