Yes, I suppose this problem is not new, but it has gotten worse. Has recent
progress been made on that bug? It has been "Started" for months, seemingly.
Also, does Matt M intend to fix it on all platforms? Is the scroll view his
solution? Seems strange, since Ben's last response on the bug was:

"None of our dialog panels other than under the hood should be scrollable. I
suggest ignoring this bug for now."

This comment was posted on Sep 29, so, let's revisit it.
