Right now there are two options when you log in at a site, a bar comes up on top and asks if you want to: Save Password or Never for this Site.
A third options should be: Maybe Later. and then the bar shows up every x times you visit the site. And based on how many time you visit that site per day, week etc. that bar will appear and give you the choice again. Maybe Later is an option you usually would use when you are on someone else's PC. So in essence you could have in the bar: Not my PC and it would ask you to save any passwords. All way to the right of the Tab bars you can have Arrow pointing down with: My PC, Not my PC. Log In (to Browser) and it would remember all my passwords and limited bookmarks.
