Perhaps a dropdown in the options window to pick your favourite autocomplete TLD? Perhaps second level domains would need to be considered for .co.uk and .co.jp, rather than .uk and .jp too, but if it's just appending a string to the end of the URL, it's not really going to change the implementation.
