I noticed Ascender is referenced in the Chromium source code in skia,
though I can't find the .ttf.

I assume this font is supposed to be open sourced like Android is
promised to be. So why isn't the font released within Chrome?

Could you also please clarify the license as I would like to package
it for Debian. I imagine it would be a wonderful contribution to free
computing in CJK environments.
