In build 4309 of 0.3.155.0, Chromium has an issue where tooltips are
not going away when they should. Not only that, they appear sometimes
out of nowhere. The problem? The bookmark bar, but I believe the
problem is with all Chromium tooltips such as Back, Forward, Reload,
Go, etc...
