perhaps Chrome should have part-by-part url autocomplete
i.e
"http://www.example.com/";
then, disjoint from the server, an arrow or something ">
subdirectory/"
and then more "> subdirectory/" and then finally "> page.html" (if
applicable)
and autocomplete is highlighted, and use the right arrow key to move
per subdirectory or just the end key to go to the end
