For some reason, my concern is more about loosing all my open tabs because of a single unique other window (like a popup) that was left in the background. So when I restart Chrome, I just have this useless window alone, and not my 40tabs...
I'd prefer to see a way to force all "new window" to open in a new tab, at least this wouldnt frustrate me every day or so...
