There currently is only a "long way" to do this and it won't "remember" which sites are exempt.
You can use Wrench menu > Options > Under The Hood > Show Cookies You can select all cookies (Ctrl+A), selectively unmark cookies (hold down Ctrl key), or type a suitable enough filter string to search for and delete. But a cookie whitelist and blacklist that remembers sites is a good idea.
