Many younger people on the internet are always looking to
find ways to download flash files to their computer so they may play
their favorite games without connecting to the internet.
Most people end up using a program like SWF grabber to retrieve files.
They may also use the tools "temporary internet files" that is popular
to many browsers. I think it would be good to create a SWF grabber
for Google Chrome, then make it so these files don't need a program
like InfranView to read by making Google Chrome have software to make
it the default viewer for these files. I have a fair amount of
knowledge when it comes to programing, but this is not my forte. I
would be glad to help somebody with this but I think it would be
better and more efficient
if somebody else with more experience in the genre were to write it.
Many people download music via I-tunes, yet their is so much
money in this area to be made, I know I would and hope others would go
straight to a Google Music store. This is possibly not the greatest
application for a web browser but as said in the original release
Google Chrome will be more than a web browser, it will be a web
platform. If Google where to do something like this I don't think it
would be hard to make an easy link to it in Google Chrome.
An idea I would be interested in is a HTML writer/viewer, this
would be where you write your HTML in a Google Chrome window and it
appears above or possibly you save it and click to another window.
This would be good for people like me who hat having to open a program
like notepad write the HTML save it then go open it. It is very time
consuming. A program such as this would be very useful. I didn't
mention about it that it could save to a folder, eliminating the need
to change windows.
