I am having odd behavior with build 13762 and up to current build bot of 4/16. I no longer have a scroll bar in Gmail. The scroll bar is okay in the browser in general on all other sites. I revert back to build 13759 and all is okay in Gmail. Is this a known issue? P.S. I disabled ALL my javascripts and the scroll bar still doesn't show up in "vanilla" Gmail.
