Mmm... if I understand correctly, you are talking about an existing feature.If something happens and Google Chrome or the system crashes, Chrome will try and restore your session and most likely succeed, though, it might not happen automatically, you might have to click on the "Restore" button after you start the browser (it is pretty visible, no worries).
