latest Dev build (or Chromium build).First, subscribe to the Dev Channel
(Instructions here -
http://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/getting-involved/dev-channel).You
will have to follow the instructions in
http://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/developers/design-documents/extensions/samples
(first
lines) to enable extensions.
After you started Chrome with the extensions enabled, install the theme
extension by downloading this file and confirming the installation -
http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome/trunk/src/chrome/test/data/extensions/theme.crx
Enjoy. :)
(Hint - you can change the images yourself manually)
