Google Chrome's interface is here to stay. It's a minimalistic design
and purposely so. The title bar was wasted space because after the
name is displayed it has no purpose. Showing the tabs up there shows
the names of the tabs without a big empty space to the top of the
screen. If you do not like this minimalistic design, which is a key
feature of Chrome, then Chrome is not the browser for you.
