I've been using the beta build of chrome since it came out, and am really impressed with everything- I like the simplicity and "lightweight" feel. But the biggest annoyance is the "recently closed tabs" menu on a new tab.
At the minute, there are seemingly two types of "recently closed" items- windows and tabs. You can either open a recently closed tab in the current window, or reload an entire "recently closed" window. What I want to be able to do is to open individual tabs from "recently closed" windows into the current window, as opposed to reloading the whole "recently closed" window. For example, say I have 2 chrome windows open- one with tabs A and B, and another window with tab C. I then close the window with tabs A and B, but realise I wanted to keep B open ALONGSIDE C. So, in the other window (tab C), I open a new tab. Currently, I would have to click and open the "recently closed" window with tabs A and B, then close tab A and then drag tab B into the window next to tab C. Ideally, I think I should be able to open tabs A or B individually from the "recently closed" area of the new tab page next to tab C. I hope this makes some sense. If this feature has already been mentioned, can someone point me in the right direction? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Chromium Discussion mailing list: [email protected] View archives, change email options, or unsubscribe: http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-discuss -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
