If you, like me, use bookmarks to store research material or simply save sites for later reading, wouldn't it be useful if the actual CONTENTS of Bookmarks were stored LOCALLY? I'm not sure if this is something Gears would do, but I think this would ADD a great scope of FUNCTIONALITY to Chrome.
If bookmarks were stored locally one could do things like: - HIGHLIGHT text in the page contents - ANNOTATE web pages directly - give NOTEBOOK functionality to Bookmarks Please let me know if there is something like this in the works or if this is something you would also find useful. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Chromium Discussion mailing list: [email protected] View archives, change email options, or unsubscribe: http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-discuss -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
