I'm not able to reproduce the crash on 3.0.197, 2.0.172.37, or 3.0.195.4 with Flash 10r22 (windows). You may want to give it a try with the latest version (3.0.195.4). Also, to test plugin issues, you'll want to check the site in Firefox or Safari, as IE uses the ActiveX version of Flash, not NPAPI.
