Well chromium is not in stable, or in beta, or any of that, it's in Alpha, are you saying to download all the three versions at the same time? if so then the best thing to do is to install the portable version of Chrome, for every channel, although it will not update, when ever the nonportable version would, but you can download them at http://portableappz.blogspot.com/search?q=chrome when ever there is an update on either channel the portable version gets posted again, so you would have to reinstall over and over, but it works.
