Ah i see, good to hear it is fixed. 2nd point was generally just some interface for managing themes, good example being a page in chrome://themes/. (maybe opened in a window like others when it is final?)
As for the last point, PhistucK has it 100% Also, i think it would be a nice idea to have a box alerting the user that a theme is being applied, for those that might take a few seconds to change over. (happens on Gradient for me, not tested many others yet) Currently it just looks as if the browser hanged, which isn't the best look. (still better than having to restart though, nicely done!)
