You can compile Chromium yourself and remove the hard coded (if any) URLs (I
can help you find the revision that introduced it).(Though, try changing
stuff at your user data directory, there should be a file named Preferences
(at least on Windows), it is a JSON based, that should contain the URLs to
open on start up or the choice. In case they did not hard code it, you can
manipulate it from there.)
