Do you mean nightly development builds of WebKit?  You can find those

Or do you mean the next version of publicly distributed final version
WebKit?  Apple's use of public-final WebKit in Safari spanned 2 years
from Safari 3 in 2007 (plus periodic security updates) to Safari 4 in
2009.
