Then uncheck "automatically restart" (in the same dialog) to see if this is in fact the operating system initiating the restart. If it is, then you should (instead of the computer restarting) see a blue screen with information on it. The information should help us understand the problem a little better, in the absence of a minidump. What I suspect is going on here, however, is hardware failure. Maybe faulty ram or something overheating... Those can cause instant restarts but do not necessarily cause minidumps to be created.
